I've lived here for almost two years and I love it! The apartment manager is great. She always answers all my questions and the maintenance issues are always attended to quickly. They are very flexible and easy to work with. The apartments are very nice and the rent is reasonable. I would recommend this the anyone I know, in fact I already have recommended it to several people. The only problem I've ever had in almost two years is the maintenance guy (Jimmy)being slightly rude when he thought I was throwing a peice of furniture in the dumpster. Other than that he's always been very friendly. The complex is quiet and well maintained. I'm not really sure what the problem is with the other rating, but I can say that if you are nice and respectful to the staff they will be the same with you. I've had more issues with the neighbors than I have with the apartment or the staff. This place gets five stars from me!!!! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I was never rude to them. I treated my interactions with them as I would have treated a job interview. I've never felt as disrespected by an "authoritative individual" as I did with my dealings with the staff at these apartments. Oddly enough I was able to go and get an apartment that costed just a hair over twice what this apartment would have. I was trying for a cheaper place because I really don't have any need for a big, luxorious apartment. If they could have given me an educated reason for rejecting my application instead of literately saying, "Because I said so," my tone would have been completely different. I have a great credit score and a well-paying job; I didn't have any rental history because it would have been my first place, but I provided numerous professional and personal references. I don't smoke or have pets. Someone of her age should not have been so immature and age-biased is all that it could have come down to.

I am sorry that you had such a bad experience, but mine was completely different. Maybe it was just a miss understanding (possibly they thought you were rude because sometimes when we say things they don't come across the way we mean them to). I wasn't there so I can't really say, but it does take two. And at some point you just have to move on.
