i think the size & quality is not the best value for what you pay, but it is ok. it is quiet & safe. maintenence seems great; friendly & always avaiable. management's a little over the top in required yearly apartment inspections: 3 or more people come to inspect every apartment, looking @ how their renters are living.....i guess making sure you're not doing things they don't want you to' i don't know...but i've never had mandated inspections of any apartment in all my renting history, except for here. they come in as a small group, with clipboards in hand, and claim they're checking your smoke detectors & light bulbs, etc.....but they're looking around. you do have the option to be there during your inspection. they notify you ahead of time for when they will be entering your apartment.

their rules are stringent, and the managements' attitude regarding their reasoning & enforcement might be experienced, by some, as confrontational, arrogant, and/or aggressive. not the best impression if you happen to have an experience of the like by one or more of the staff.

they do have laundry on site, but you are responsible to contact the company who owns the machines for any complaints, loss of money, broken machines......don't go to the management. the company will reimburse you by check through the mail if you lose money in the machines. it is a little aggravating that you are responsible for the phone calls for repair & reimbursement for the machines they lease. management will not assist or help. not even for the phone number. you are directed to go back and get it off the machine. in my time here, i've had to call twice, be reimbursed eventually through the mail, and have seen posted signs handwritten by residents, i'm assuming, on a few occasions. there is a wait time, obviously, for the company's maintence crew to come out here to fix the machines, and for reimbursement.

all in all...it's alright. plusses and minuses to everything in life.
