I have had nothing but great experiences here for the past year. The staff are great as well as the other residents. The grounds are well maintained and safe. There is plenty of parking as well. If I have ever needed anything someone has been able to help out in a timely manner.

No problems I found the application process very good and I have no complaints. The manager is very helpfull and it is in a nice part of town, I have only been there about a month, so I have not really come accross any problems as yet - if i do ill let you know.

Lakewood Village is a quiet place to live Lakewood Village is a nice place to live . Like any apartment complex they have rules and they enforce them , I.E. Noise , Kids running wild and NO PLAYING IN THE STREET ( safety issue ) . Lakewood Village has a large play field for children . The managment

temper your expectations It's getting tougher for them to fill vacancies. Apparently they've discontinued background checks because the riff raff are coming in. The police are here at least twice a week. The actually raided the apartment behind us.
