NICE APARTMENTS BUT TOO MUCH COMPLAINTS

THESE APARTMENTS ARE REALLY NICE INSIDE AND OUT BUT THE ELDERLY RESIDENTS THAT LIVE HERE GIVE TOO MUCH COMPLAINTS FOR ANY LITTLE REASON EVEN IF THE KIDS ARE OUTSIDE PLAYING IN THE SUMMER. THE KIDS CANT PLAY BALL, THEY CANT MAKE TO MUCH NOISE NOT EVEN IN THE DAY TIME. THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOLS ALLOWED IN THE YARD DONT MATTER THE SIZE. MAITANACE IS NOT TO GOOD ON FIXING THE THINGS IN THE APARTMENTS. AND ONLY ONE BATHROOM ON SECOND FLOOR.NO BASEMENTS.PARKINGS ARE NOT ASSIGNED BUT THERES ALWAYS PARKING.THERE IS A BASKETBALL COURT BUT THE TEENAGERS ARE ALWAYS THERE AND DONT LET THE YOUNGER ONES PLAY.NEW SPRINKLERS ARE REALLY NICE FOR THE YOUNG ONES. GREAT PLACE FOR ELDERS OR PEOPLE WITH NO KIDS.
