Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I rented from Armoury Commons for about 2.5 years. About a year ago a new management company took over and things got really bad. Their security is off the wall, bordering on harassment and maintenance is a joke. Once, the toilet broke and mintenance came a day later to fix it and left the entire floor of the bathroom covered in soiled towels (and I have pets). Finally, upon moving out, I took a week to clean and fix tings in the apartment up, only to have my deposit nickel and dimed to death. Save yourself the frustration and drama of renting from these people and go elsewhere.
