I am so happy that I moved out June 1st,2008 of Amoury Commons Apartments. They didn't treat me well at all, I called them slum-lords.When I first moved into the apartments it was infested with red ants and roches. It was too late cause I already put down a security and paid first month rent. I paid $675 dollars a month. They wouldn't fix anything. And if they fixed something, they didn't know what they were doing, and sometimes they would come 3 weeks later after when you ask them to come. Or you have to keep calling them to remind them, that somethong is broke in the house. The tentants who live there are very nosy, they have no respect or any privacy.The people who work in the office are vey mean and rude, at first they are not but when you offically move in then they become like that. The company would send us letters every month about stupids things, like saying take your AC out by a certain date, if not they will charge you $30 each day. They want the rent 2 days before the rent day, if not they would send you and evidiction notice, or if you called them and said I will pay on the first or second, they would send you a enviction notice. The trash outside, wouldn't be empited for months sometimes so the homeless people would go in them and take the trash out and leave it on the floor. The neighborhood is awful, there is alot of crackheads,drug dealers and prostitutes that stay around there. They charge so high and do nothing to the up keep with the apartments. They don't really care. I wouldn't suggest these apartments to anybody. Unless you want to live in trash. They are such slum-lords.
