I have rented from Armoury Commons for the past two and half years. Management is deplorable. They show lack of respect towards the tenants and the grounds as well as the maintenance of the apartments are much to be desired. I have inquired about the upkeep of the ground and they never give clear answers as to what will be done to rectify the issues, when or if they would clean the property. Anytime maintenance needs to be done they always schedule when the individual is at work. The apartments are over priced and the landlords could stand to learn better people skills as well as professionalism. Don't waste your time. You will be disappointed.
