Before moving here I was extremely excited to have found such a good deal. For the price you pay you're rewarded with a beautiful and spacious apartment. After moving in here I realized why.

Our neighbors have a tendency to blast their music throughout the night. I mean really, all night. I have approached them personally, called the rental office at least ten times, and called the police, and still I am forced to have 2 box fans in my bedroom on full blast in order to drown the sound out and get some sleep.

The day we moved in we were informed that our windows (missing pieces) and heaters (always on, or always off due to a broken piece) were broken. The head of maintenance assured us that these would be fixed within the next couple of weeks, and that he was just waiting on the parts. It is now a year and a half later, and the windows and heaters are still broken. Our heat is either on constantly, pumping 100 degree air, or off constantly, literally doing nothing. Throughout the entirety of last winter we had to keep the heat on and all windows open.

If you desire a community where the management staff and maintenance care, or do something to resolve your issues, don't move here. We've had to call the rental office for a variety of reasons and have been subjected to the some of the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune of conversing with. When we call management they tell us they'll call us back. We've literally waited days upon weeks for a call back on issues, and that call never came.

A neighbor of mine was mugged at our back door, and when she went to management they informed her that there is only one security guard on at night for the entire neighborhood. They told her to go to the police and cry to them, and then the police told her to move.
