Very nice apartments with old charm. With the right tenants, this building is great! However, there are the occasional tenants that disrespect the property and make it look in disrepair. This, however, is not the landlord's fault! He has always done his best to make sure that the tenants needs and concerns are met immediately! Now the city is doing renovations to the park across the street, and the whole neighborhood is becoming a much more respectable place to live! It's really great to have people around that really care about where they live.
