I love the location of this building. Its one block from all the local bars and night clubs. Parking is limited on the street, but convenient if you rent a spot inside. There is 24 hour security and cameras through out the building so I feel very safe inside. A lot of work has been done in the last couple of years like new elevators, fresh paint, and a beautiful lobby.

I would definitely recommend if you are looking for downtown living. The units are individually owned (Condominiums) so look for a good landlord and a well kept unit.
