Family Bergen Circle is a wholesome neighborhood. It's a great place to raise kids and it's great for the elderly. I lived in Bergen Circle from 89-93. My very well known grandmother still lives their, Mrs. Mock. They have a very nice after school program and summer camp for the kids.

Not a first choice place Criminal element is obvious amongst several tenants.
Parking in garge cost extra and there is little to NO parking on the streets. In addition you are in a bad section of the city so parking on the streets isn't advised.
