So, so...

This complex is a middle of the road choice. On the good side it's close to everything, cleaned up and painted before I moved in, fairly good response time on problems and decent rent for what you get. On the other hand it's too close to rt. 28 (ie. noisy), old appliances and electric outlets, ugly aluminum windows and dirty hallways with chipping floor tiles.
