Unfortunately I was unable to view my apartment before I moved in, I secured it from Florida. Here are just to name a few things that make this place suck.

- Paper thin walls and ceilings (you can hear your neighbors every move next to you and even normal walking above you.

- I share my heating vents with my next door neighbor! I smoke cigerettes and the smoke travels into my ELDERLY neighbors apartment who complains about it constantly. The NOISE which is respectively quiet coming from my apartment also travels into my neighbors apartment. I got a notice from the head office telling me to keep the noise down or I will be evicted.

- I have no thermostat in my apartment, my neighbor controls my heat. Like I said she is elderly. I would say my apartment is about 85 degrees! I have to open all my windows. My bed sheets end up soaked in my owns sweat.

- I have alot of fancy electronics in my place, I came home one Saturday to find my camcorder was missing. An Old man AL and his wife live in the complex for free, they handle all the maintenance and complaint calls. Well they go to Florida every winter and the maintenance people are left in charge, they have access to all of our keys. Its fair to say that each of them look like crack or herione users. I had one maintenance guy come over to check on something in my apartment and he was scoping my place out and even asked to look in my bedroom for some rediculous reason, I told him "You saw what you need to see and lead him out".

- Mainenance WILL not call you a day before to let you know they are coming by. They will knock once or twice and if you dont answer they will come right in. I was asleep on my couch once when this happened. I was furious.

- The PEOPLE who live in this complex are either elderly (and complain all the time) or low income low lifes.

- There are no garbage disposals, no dishwashers, (i have no tub in my shower), no laundry (you have to pay for it and thats if our lucky enough to move in a building that has a coin laundry, the snow removal is terrible (plan on missing a few days work), theres alot more but I think you get the idea.

- Oh and the NOISE from RT. 28 is really loud.

DONT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX!!
I TOO JUST MOVED IN AND CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT. THE RENT IS FARELY CHEAP BUT THATS IT, ITS NOT WORTH IT. PAY A LITTLE MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
