All other reviews are completely accurate. I made the mistake of moving here even though I read the reviews. It was the only "nice" apartment in my price range. Please, spend the extra money to have some piece of mind!!
Only move here if you are getting a 3rd floor apartment. People walking upstairs is brutal. The suggestion of ear plugs to bed is a must. I've complained numerous times about how rude my upstairs neighbors are but it doesn't change a thing.
Beware...if you move in you will probably need about a dozen things replaced or fixed. They only do this if you ask. Most of my list was fixed.

Only move here if your deaf.
