the property is pittaful the manergers eddie and mike walk around the place like they are in a coma,the buildings need to be all gutted and the maintance crew act like zobies.the walls are papper thin,the rent is 1,250.00 a month and it dosent include anything.now that all the tenents moved out of this dump the owner is so desperate hes allowing section 8.dont make the same mistake i did.look around in stoneham and you can find a much better place to live for the same money.oh ya i forgot to mention that they have gated guard thats never there and the complex got broken into 4 times in 3 years the manergers told me to leave my t.v. on loud so it would seem like i was home and secerty cameras that dont work.
