I have been here for 5 years. The noise and apartment conditions are the biggest issues. The people above me may as well be in my apartment. The ceilings are so thin and creeky. The entrance halls rugs are filthy and never cleaned. You can complain until the cows come home and when you do they make you feel like you are bothering the management. Its a constant struggle to get anything fixed. The sercurity gate and 100 year old guards are usless. Half the time the guard isn't there and the gates are up anyway-so really whats the point' They show you a great work out room they hafe and most of the equiptment is broken when you go to use it. Parking is fine and snow removale is good. Apartments are good size, but in desparate need of updates. If it wasn't for the noise from the person above you it would be a very quiet place to live. Fixtures are not even close to top of the line. Everything is bare minimum. Cheap rugs, and bathroom. nothing special here.
