I have only been here 4 months, so my opinion my change. However right now I really like the complex. I've read the previous reviews, and find some truth to them, for the most part, they are only half truths.

The 1 bedroom apartments are large, approx 1000 sq ft. Each unit has a patio area, or balcony off the living room. There is a pool with a lifeguard, two tennis courts, a clubhouse which includes a small workout room. The rent does include heat and hot water (although a previous review states rent includes nothing, it does). There is assigned parking. The number of slots assigned to a unit is determined by the number of names on the lease, not the number of bedrooms (i.e. a married couple in a one bedroom would get two spots). I think this is extremely equitable. There is also visitor parking through the complex.

The grounds are well maintained. I have not been here during the winter, but have been told by many tenants that management does a great job at snow removal.

As far as the security guards,occassionally they may not be in the shack. However I do see them patrolling the grounds (and I'm sure nature does call, even for them lol).

The noise in the apartments, I bearly hear my neighbors. But I guess it's the luck of the draw and what one is used to. Just like any multi unit dwelling, whether it be an apartment complex, a condo, a two family house there is a chance you will hear your neighbors..As far as the quality of people, all of the neighbors I have met so far are extremely friendly and helpful. Two of my neighbors have been here several years - over 10 years each.

The 93 traffic, I can hear it. But I am not directly facing Rt 93. The little bit of noise I hear I would consider "white noise" nothing too bothersome. My recommendation is to get a unit in one of the back buildings, or facing the courtyard.

I would recommend taking a look at the place, and not just read the reviews.. My review you may not pay much attention to, as I am a new tenant, but the tenants with negative comment, please consider that if it was that bad, why on earth did they stay that long'

Your extremely naive. The answer to your question-why stay here so long- because yopu get trapped with a lease and nobody has any respect to consider what a tenant is being put through- Watch You'll See!
