WOW! I just came across this page. I wish I saw it before I moved in. I left a few months ago and I have to say that most of what was said here that was negative is true.

I moved out because its just too old and the management waits for everything to completely fall apart before its fixed or managed. They make the grounds look nice where you drive in, but the apartments are old, with older appliances that are out of date or miss matched. Every faucet, shower, cabinet, rug, screen,toilet seat, stove and a/c is older than God and the most inexpensive they can find. If you need a rug or floor replaced- forget it. Demand anything and everything be done before you move in because once you move in- thats it. If you move in, get a top floor apartment. The first floor apartments are damp and the seconds are lousy do to noise above and below. Thats why I left. The ceilings and floors are terribly loudy, creeky and thin. Its rough when the guy's snoring in the apartment above you keeps you awake.If you have to live there, I suggest you visit when the upstairs and downstairs neighbors are both home. You should really find out what you are getting into up front. But really- get one on the top floor.

When I moved it every apartment was full. Now just about half seem empty. There is a reason for that.
I say keep looking- you can find better for the money. I know I did.

PS_ I drove by over the holiday to vist an old neighbor and it seems taht they are just constructing a new building on site- so it will be loud with that work going on until its finished.
