Hillside Gardens is a decent place. My fiance and I have lived here since June 2006 and we are looking to move when our lease is up in 2007. We live on the 1st (basement level) and the walls are so thin that we hear every single footsteps from above. I'm a very light sleeper and cannot sleep at night because of this.
Decent property, nice management, but I woud recommend you live on the 3rd floor.
