ive been very happy here in my 6 months-- mgmt has been responsive to my needs and i pay $1275 with heat and hot water for a 1200 square foot apartment with 2 baths-- they redid my kitchen b4 i moved in--
i know im not at the ritz but it's been quiet and quite a bargain...
it is superior in the sense i didnt see any value like this-- closet thing was Westgate apartments in woburn and kimball court also in woburn-- neither could come close to what i have for the money
