While not actually living here, I did work here for about two years as Security.
Most of the residents were very freindly, But there were those that wouldn't give me the time of day.

The grounds are very clean and well kept. and with the "New" maintence person things look to improve. there is no large applience removel system in place. Trash tends to build up around the dumpster despite the three times a week the city comes to pick up the trash.

From what I understand, getting the Board of trustess to approve anything ussually takes an act of congress as they move very slowly.

Parking has become the biggest issue as their is not enough of it. while each unit has assigned parking. AND their is security, if somebody park in your space, you need to pay to have them towed, but only after you notifed the police and a report is filed and yada yada yada. Praying ismre effective.

Overall, I will miss this place.

Trash build up I can live with... The paking has changed my mind. I'm not even consider this place even tho this post is 4 years old. Thanks SUPKEM
