If you like living in a hotel setting this is the place for you. It's very cold and impersonable. The management is rude and unreasonable. You have to walk up hill to parking area to get to your car and to get your mail everyday. The neighborhood kids are rude and don't have any respect for others cars and personal belongings. The neighbors talk about others and can't seem to mind their own business. Mountainview Terrace is nothing more than a fancy housing project. Traffic on Montvale Ave is a total nightmare. You hear cars and trucks all day and night. You have to pay for passes for guests to use the swimming pool and are only allowed 2 guests at a time.
