I have only lived here a short time and I hate it. The children can't play outside anywhere without management at your door complaining. Guests under 16 can swim in the pool with an adult other than a parent but the children who live here and pay rent can't swim without a parent only. people steal your laundry and will remove your clothes before their done and use the rest of your time that you paid for. Don't try to work problems out with your neighbors because they just go to management and twist everything that was said. Your children can't have a friend sleepover without threats of eviction. I plan on moving as soon as my lease is up. I wish I knew all of this before I moved in. I definitely would have reconsidered my decision.
