The level of noise has risen dramatically in the last four years, probably due in part to tenants ripping out carpeting and replacing floor surfaces with laminate. The deaf elderly blare their televisions and the "younger set" (well into their forties) party late into the night. Then ya got the folks that think the hallways are their offspring's jungle gym/playground. All in all, it gets more annoying every day.

Tenant's are allowed to have two cats per condo, NO dogs, unless you think you're above the rules and dog sit for family occasionally. The $10 penalty fee is ALOT cheaper than actually boarding the animal properly at a kennel.

Only TWO washers/TWO dryers are available for over 30-something condo units. This can make trying to get your laundry done a real challenge.

This place wouldn't be so bad if tenants were more considerate to the people above and below them. You don't hear as much noise side to side, it's above and below as well as in the hallways. All I wanted was a little peace and quiet.

Oh well......
