A little shady

Went to look at a 2 BR. Maintanence man showed us around. Not bad, but not good either. Kitchen is very small, balcony looks very dangerous and you have a beautiful view of the backs of buildings. After we had left, he called our house, knowing we wouldn't be there because we had just left, and babbled on the answering machine for about 15 minutes, no exaggeration here, about if we were interested, that we should call and leave him a check. Weird, that's all I have to say. And they were way too expensive for the condition of the apartment.
