I lived here for a year and let me tell you its just not worth the money. The walls are paper thin. You can here everything your neighbors do or say. The bookeeper needs lessons. They send a 14 day notice out after your rent has been paid and then they have the nerve to leave it on your door so all your neighbors can see it. The management office is the worst. You never talk to the same person twice (turnover must be high) They say you have on site mainteance lets just hope you don't need them. Theres a lot better deals out there right now unless your desperate do not rent from these people. Oh since winters coming up thats the other thing.. Plowing and shoveling are just a joke. I think they have the let it melt attitude.
