I would highly discourage anyone from moving into this place. Today I had an appointment to view a couple of vacancies. I spent 45 minutes sitting in front of the building but never made it inside. The Investments Limited rep never showed and didn't even have the decency to call me to cancel. I drove 45 mins there, sat outside for another 45 mins and then 45 minutes back home having accomplished nothing. This was how I spent my Saturday thanks to the incompetent morons at Investments Limited. When I called the office to see if they were running late or what the situation was, you'd think they would have at least said sorry! I wasted an entire afternoon and didn't get anything even vaguely resembling an apology! Instead I was rudely told that she couldn't do anything about it, that she didn't know which one of their reps was supposed to meet me. She took down my number and when I asked if I should leave or wait a little while longer to see if someone calls me, I was told "I don't know, whatever you want." Well it's a good thing I decided to leave because 4 hours later, still no phone call!!! If this is how they deal with the people they are trying to SELL to, I can only imagine how rude and unresponsive they must be once you're signed into a lease with them!!!

Now onto the property itself- it was no big loss that I never made it in. Sitting in front of the complex for 45 minutes, I saw a lot of the residents and the grounds and it looked and sounded like the projects. The grass looked like it hadn't been cut since March and I didn't even want to step in it because of ticks and fleas. There were dogs everywhere which tells you how clean it must be. And I saw some shady looking characters going in and out of that place. So if you are reading this, don't waste your time even calling about that place. On the off-chance that they actually show up for your appointment, I don't think you would like what you see! Once I logged on here and read the other reviews from people who were unfortunate enough to live here and deal with Investments Limited on a regular basis, it all made sense! Wish I had come here before I wasted my day today!
