Not what it used to be

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Moved in a year and a half ago based on these reviews. Almost immediately the elevator broke. We found out it breaks often. It is past inspection and they keep promising to fix it. Nothing like coming back from food shopping and having to carry bags up 5 floors.
The last time they promised was last summer and instead they paved the parking lot. The operation was a complete mess, where you came home every day and did not know where you were going to park. They changed the plans daily and inconvenienced 4 buildings of 50 apartments each.
Section 8 housing abounds with an unwed mother with a habit above us jonesing on the balcony and a maintenance man drinking beer in the laundry room. Can't even attach a towel bar to the wall or keep a toilet from running. Drilled 3 holes in the ceiling before he got the right spot for the chandelier, then patched but didn't paint it.
The owners are trying to sell. It was obvious because they sent maintenance men to every apartment on the ruse they were checking the bathrooms, but all they did was document all the appliances in the kitchen to value the property.
Looking to get out this year because the title 'Luxury Apartments' has no meaning here.
