Cheap... - Positives: Cheap! The price can't be beat for complex living so close to Boston. Close to highway, about a 5min drive from 93. I finally moved out - They hold onto your security deposit for the longest they can..So I wouldnt pay last month on the way out.
If anyone wants to sue over the noise level here...I will testify for FREE. That is how much I hated this place...if needing a witness in court for refund of rent paid...send to po box 723, Reading, MA 01867.

Great Safe Place! This unit is great! I am right in front of the security guards and away from the construction work happening out back. Maintenance gets things done same day complaint is filed. There is always parking for my guests!

A PRISON CAMP I have been here for two years, and have had to deal with CONSTRUCTION starting 7am Mon-Sun-which was unknown to me after signing the lease, No Parking Spot, Guest Parking Ridiculous, Security that you pay for that will let anyone in, Managerial Staff-Not

don´t do it Paper thin walls, hear everything your neighbors are doing - everyone owns a dog and they hardly clean up after them (they also bark at all hours of the day/night) - ignorant neighbors, i´m sure most of them are on wellfare - expensive - water problems - clogged
