Gotta disagree w/ "Fine Opinion" Snow Removal was horrendous - took them a week per snowstorm to clear paths from parking lots to walkways- plowing often incomplete and appeared to be rushed - recommended a new landscaping company.
Playground addition was incomplete and inadequate.
Service during the summer was ridiculously slow - requested three times to have AC repaired with no results from August to date...
Washer Dryers system is horrible one per building is crazy - and they are often in disrepair.
Rent raised from $1300 to $1400 with no added value is ridiculous- The way this economony is moving rent should decrease rather than increase.
We are leaving for more value for our money.
