When I first moved here it was better because there were more elderly people and now there are a lot of kids. They sometimes sit in the stairway and cause trouble. Also the rent was $900. It has been raised every year while other people move in and pay less but get a new remodeled apartment. Otherwise the bedrooms are a nice size and the grounds are pretty. People drive very fast in the parking lot despite the speed limit and speed bumps so if you have young children you have to be carefull. The location is very convenient. The pool is nice but small and space is limited.
