We just renewed our lease, mainly because we can not find a place cheaper and closer to the city. We have not been very happy about this place for a couple of reasons, one being that their snow removal system is extremely poor. When we had the last snow storm they did not plow until 11am that day so many had to miss work and use a sick day. Everyone had to dig their own car out and since we do not have assigned parking, once you left and came back you had to dig ourself a new spot to park because maintainence wasn't going to do it. But, for some reason we did see them attempting to shovel the slush a few days later. I say attempting because there was barely anything there. Their maintainence is very sloppy, they paint over things instead of fixing them. Also, if you leave something in a place such as the commmon room, they charge you $25 to get it back. It just seems a little ridiculus to me.
