Well here we are again with 6 degree weather and no heat. Like last year we were freezing to death for three days. They told us the heat was fine we just had to turn it up to 80 degrees! So we did and when that didn't work this year maintenence finally came changed some filters (which were full of dust) and said he turned up the water heater 30 degrees. when that didn't work I called him back two and a half hours later and he said it takes time to heat up the building. So the next day he came back and said there was a huge water leak downstairs. The walls were cut and they found a pipe had burst due to being frozen. They fixed that and what do you know we have heat on at only 72 degrees! Our lease is up in two months and we are desperately looking for another place to live knowing our rent will be raised to $1515 this year although nothing new has been done to the place! The family next door however have a master bedroom large apartment thanks to our tax money since they don't work. The other neighbors think every time they come home, frequently after 10pm, that we like to here their loud singing or talking in the hallway right in front of my thin door. Good luck if you want to use the pool in the summer with the loud obnoxious kids splashing you and your one year old and their drugged up parent fighting with you. I myself have become embarressed to tell anyone where I live.

$1515 ?????? a month! you are the moron for paying that much. I just checked the website at Stone Ends and the most expensive apt. is $1375 and that is a two bedroom!! For that amount of money, you can buy a house
