I have been living here for about a year and this place is the worst. The bathrooms are crummy. When I moved in there were several things that were wrong in my apartment. The people in the office are rude and they always seem like you are bothering them. Some of the good things are that most people are quiet. Actually the loudest thing is the maintenance people early in the morning. Lots of Parking. The washer and dryer are broken sometimes. They also give out stupid memos about stuff no one cares about. The water gets really hot all of a sudden in the middle of taking a shower. Lots of bugs. I have seen little spiders, big spiders, roaches, ants. So gross. Seems pretty safe. People smoke in the hallways to the point where it smells like a night club. I think the office people are very anal and have fun making a big deal out of nothing. The cabinit shelves are bent looking. The bathroom colors are ugly and outdated. The stove in the kitchen is so old. The dishwasher washes nothing. The handle on my refrigerator handle rotted of and they glued it back(cheap). The closet doors are constantly falling off their track.If you can go somewhere else do it. If you are in need of somewhere for a year it is okay.
