I have lived in my apartment for almost a year. The building I live in is pretty quite. There are occasional times you hear people's music or talking, but it's usually not bothersome. There is plenty of parking and the heat & water included is great. Our apartment is small, but when we looked into moving when our lease was up we found many places in the area do not pay for heat, are a lot more money or the apartments were not maintained well. Maintenance is decent. They have usually fixed our problems in a reasonable amount of time, however they are horrible at snow removal. All I can say is thank god I have 4-wheel drive. The last storm they never shoveled at our building and only plowed a quick pass. Many people from my building were outside that night complaing about the lack of snow removal as one resident shovel everyone out. The only other complaint is the people in the office. It seems to be an inconvenience to them when you call because you either get an attitude or they treat you like a child. Over all however, it is a safe, quiet and clean apartment complex.

I agree with this comment, ive been living here for three years and i dont complain much. But management is deteriorating fast and ive had it with them. Moving out next month
