I been a satified resident for about 5 years. I have found the office staff attentive, knowledgeable and customer service driven. The grounds are well maintained and groomed. Plenty of well lit parking areas. Snow removal of the wall ways is great, the parking areas are good. After a snow fall all the owners need to dig out the cars and move them, so that all the spaces can me thoroughly plowed, so there is a nice clean space to re-park all the cars. I love sitting on my deck, which over looks the pool and enjoying the summer breeze. The tenants are respectful of other tenants and this apartment community. They do alot of preventive maintainance, so things are fixed or replaced before they break.
