moving I'v had it. Things have gone down hill AND ARE GETTING WORSE. Problems take to long to fix and if try to find out whats going on ya get attitude. There was a huge hole in the parking lot that sat with a cone near it for over a month. Thank god no kid fell in or someone didn't drive

THIS PLACE STINKS!! IF you can avoid this place then do it. I have been here for 2 yrs and this place is falling fast. Everyone that is moving in is section 8. People do not control thier kids in the apt and just let them run around and not care. I have filed numerou complaints about the tenants

When I first moved here it was better because there were more elderly people and now there are a lot of kids. They sometimes sit in the stairway and cause trouble. Also the rent was $900. It has been raised every year while other people move in and pay less but get a new remodeled
