Good in the back row. Not so up front

I lived there for a year next to two young guys who blasted the stereo so loud I couldn't hear my TV. The manager wouldn't do anything so I had to get the police involved. Behind me was an idiot firing a potato gun off the balcony. This was a spudzooka, the size of a canon and the explosions rocked my windows. Think about this. A grown man firing full sized Idaho potatoes out of a bazooka into the parking lot where children play. Again, manager inactivity, police involvement. At the end of my year they said my rent was going up $400, which I took to mean they wanted me out. If you're young or deaf, you will do well in front but adults with children stay in the back row at watch out for flying potatoes.
