Try for somewhere else.

Thank goodness our lease is nearly up. The management is basically nonexistent. By the clock on the door, someone should be there, but it's nearly always locked. When trying to deal with the manager, she always says she is booked up, but doing what'! I don't see how Equity (the head company) can't be aware of how poorly this is run and how she is never there. In fact, when we first tried to rent, we went to the door during office hours and it was locked. We sat outside for about twenty minutes and were looking at the map to see where else to go look, when someone came walking out. We asked about seeing an apartment, but she said she was "just closing" for the night, even though she had basically been shut already.
Maintenance does seem on top of things, but the apartments are older and have seen quite a bit of wear and tear. Things are done cheaply, so expect the low end of carpet, flooring, and things. To go along with other reviews, I do envy those who live in the back. It seems nicer back there.
One thing you can't beat is the location. Since Sturbridge is basically a one apartment-complex town, you may end up living here by default.
