I just recently moved out of Sturbridge Meadows, for one reason only, the property manager. What lies beneath the always locked front office door is a poorly educated, ill mannered, miserable woman whose sole purpose in life seems to be making her residents miserable. Sturbridge Meadows was a great place to live, the location is unbeatable, the apartments are nice but a little overpriced (especially when they up the rent annually), and the maintance staff is not bad, they are the only ones working around there.

It used to be a nice friendly place to live before Linda took over. Or did she' She never seemed to be in the office, especially when you ask to have a set time to meet with her there. Conveniently she is always "out" when her car is parked directly in front of her apartment (note to genius dont live where you work if you aren't actually going to work, we know what your car looks like). Dont be fooled by her when you go to move in, because once she has your money, her true colors show through. For example, it would not be a surprise if several times during a year's lease you would get threating voice mails and news letters that make you feel like you are back in high school with someone watching your every move. God forbid the first of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday and you dont turn your rent in by the second, you WILL get an eviction letter. The only time she seems to be working is when she is typing up eviction letters on the second of the month. Its funny more people moved out of the SM when she became property manager then I had ever seen before.

What a shame, such a nice convenient place to live, with decent, respectful neighbors is run by such a monster. IF SHE WAS FIRED I WOULD MOVE BACK IN AND RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE. WHICH IS ASHAME BECAUSE I AM FAIRLY WELL CONNECTED IN THE AREA AND HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER.
