Quiet Neighborhood I loved the townhouses. I didn't have to worry about anyone running in the above floor. I also didn't have to worry about noise in the hallways because I had my own private entry with two reserved parking spots right in front of the door. Maintenance was on top of things

Outstanding! The nicest place We´ve ever lived in! Very clean, neat townhouses. The staff very helpful, the manager very knowledgable of her job, sold us immediately. She´s very sweet, her name is Deb I remember.

Sturbridge Meadows in Hot Water I can not wait until I move out and into a dorm room next fall. Then I can take a SHOWER. We have had problems with our water for any use not being hot (only utility covered in rent), but today I took a cold shower after trying to warm the water for about a 1/2

honest review : The property mngr. works the office by herself,so far,and seems really maxed out,but from my experience with her and the maintenance staff it has nearly always been positive,there have been some points to dispute but that goes with the territory of renting.

Try for somewhere else. Thank goodness our lease is nearly up. The management is basically nonexistent. By the clock on the door, someone should be there, but it's nearly always locked. When trying to deal with the manager, she always says she is booked up, but doing what?!
