my husband and i have lived at cliffside for a few months now. There are college students all around. The ones underneath us have parties all the time and blast their music...especially when our newborn baby cries. god forbid ANYONE make noise besides them. The assistant in the office is nice but the main lady is a -----. only the refridgerator is updated in our apartment..i had to refuse the apartment before they would replace the carpet. for all you people out there who don't know..carpeting is required by law in MA to be replaced at most every 5 years. There is mold in out apartment in the winter which we were blamed for for having the heat on too high when it wasn't even on!!!! the toilet is always backing up and sometimes water comes out of every place it can (sinks, tub, toilet). Nothing matches and there is barely any storage. the bedroom closet shelf is unstable. the locks on the doors are screwy. i must say that cliffside is probably the best place in the area and it is one of the cheaper places. it is very small though. again....not a choice for families....but then again nothing in the 5 college again is...which sucks for people who are from around here and want to stay around here but can't afford . there is also trash blowing all over the place.
