I have lived at Cliffside for a few months now, and compaired to other apartment complexes in the area, it is not worth the money it costs to live here. What others have said about the staff is quite true - they are falsly polite in a buisness like way. The maintenence staff are nice, but the fact that I have to call them so often doesnt speak well for the state of the actual apartment - the toilet keeps breaking, and the lock on my door does not hold. There is not much space in these apartments, it is really cramped. I live on the third floor and in winter it gets REALLY WARM from all the heat rising from below, and I bet its going to be really hot in the summer too. One of the worst things about living here is Cliffside's parking lot policies, which are unclear and make no sense and they dont follow them anyways. They ask us to move our cars for snow removal, and call the towing companies if we do not move our cars in time. They have a real scam going on with the towing company. I know of no other apartment complex around here that tows cars out of the parking lot in order to plow. Right now they want us all to move our cars so they can sweep for sand, and will tow us if we dont. Its really annoying. I see often see tow trucks out in the parking lot late at night and its anziety inducing because you never know if they are deciding to randomly tow you or not. This place is filled with college students who are often loud out in the parking lot. All there is to see outside your window is parking lot parking lot parking lot. I would reccomend looking at other places instead of cliffside.

I would agree that the apartments tend to be warm. Probably a plus for some people. Personally I just open the window a bit in winter if it gets to warm.
I can seriously empathize with the car towing. The lots are not clearly marked and while they do give written descriptions of which lots are for 'long term' parking it really doesn't help much when your coming home late and night and its already snowing. It seems like at least once per winter despite my trying very hard to keep my car parked in Long Term parking or get it moved off site I get my car towed. Its frustrating and company they use is very expensive to get your car returned.
Over all I like the place but there is certainly some room for improvement.
