After reading some of the reviews, it is scary to think that some people think of this as a bad place to live. If you call having tons of things to do, like hiking, swimming and playing tennis as boring, than you are certifiably insane. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the staff has been nothing but helpful. I have lived her for five years and could not be happier.

What kinds of outdoor activities (i.e. mtn biking, hiking, camping, etc.) are in the area? Are there bike trails or sidewalks for non-driving commuters?

There are hiking trails behind a couple building R/S and a pool and tennis court out front. Mt. Sugarloaf is just up the road and there is a bus stop just outside the complex in front of the 7-11 and pizza place
