Cliffside Apartments

Good for me! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived at Cliffside for a month now, and so far, I love it. Compared to all the other places I saw, this place is a Godsend. Other places I looked at were old, needed cleaning/repairs, bad areas, too pricey, nothing included (utilities). For what I am paying, and the vicinity to UMass (I am a student), I am thrilled with Cliffside. When I moved in, they had me fill out a report of anything missing or damaged. The only thing wrong was the kitchen sink harware was leaking.. maintenance was there 10 minutes later! I have a one bedroom, its me and a roomate, and theres plenty of space. I am towards the back, where its nice and quiet, and my neighbors arent loud. I dont know what everyone is talkin about who has complained. If you arent happy, thats your problem. I'm going to let you decide for yourself, but I'd recommend it!
