It is a little pricey, but you get a pool, tennis courts, and a maintenance crew that always fixes things quickly. Parking lots were always plowed when promised. The building I lived in was quiet and hardly heard boo from any of my neighbors. And with the rising cost of utilities, it's nice to an an all-inclusive rent.

For those of you looking for your own space, I recommend the 1brs.
