not quite at all! neighbor like to play loud music

the wall is toooooo thin, cannot block any noise outside the room. even my roommate play music at very low volume with his $20 speaker, i can hear the bass coming through the wall. my neighbor like to play loud ------- music, often wake me up in the early morning
