Cliffside is a very nice property. THere is maintenance on duty 24/7 and they are very efficient. The rental staff is very nice and this is one of the only apartment complexes in the area that has everything included in the rent, like water and electricity. The grounds and buildings are well kept and there are police officers who patrol the area. I think it is a safe place to live.
