So first off I'm not employed by the company and if you want to ask I live in 203 in the one bedrooms. Yes its a smaller apt, but I knew that moving in and with that comes some issues such as a frickin tiny kitchen a.k.a galley kitchen, and a smaller hot water heater. However, with the bad also comes the good. I LOVE maintenance! These guys fixed everything on the day I put in a request and never gave me crap, they also fixed things I didn't even know I NEEDED to be fixed without me having to ask. Second, Laurie at the office has been nothing BUT helpful and nice. Third, all utilities are covered except for cable, internet, phone. As for the bugs, yes there are bugs in the summer. It's called either using bug bombs or hotels, like any other place you live. I have NEVER had my security deposit threatened at all, and if you don't like paying the full months rent for the security, you can pay a much smaller non-refundable deposit if you'd rather pay that. Do I wish I had more room' Yes. Do I wish it was cheaper' Yes. Do I wish I had washer/dryers in my apt' Yes. However, for a place that has everything included, great maintenance, good office people, and remotely safer, I'll do without some things. It's called compromise. I'm in fact moving to a 2-bedroom at the end of the month with a friend of mine and I can't wait for the slightly bigger kitchen, and I know my cats will enjoy more space. I do recommend the complex, and hope you enjoy living here like I have.
