I have lived in Cliffside for about 3 months now, and I love it. I live in a two bedroom apt. with my wife, and we have absolutely no complaints. Our kitchen is a little on the small side, but the price per month makes up for it, especially with all utilities except for cable/internet included. I've read other people's reviews of this place before I moved in and it really scared me. But I've encountered none of their problems, and I'm convinced that the complaints they've made (slow service/repairs, insects, etc.) are experienced by an incredibly small number of the tenants here, or Cliffside has stepped up to correct these issues. Either way, we have had no problems. The pool and tennis courts are great, the office staff is very friendly/helpful, you're not in the middle of the city, country-ish actually, but there are tons of grocery/dept. stores/malls within 10-15 minutes. As far as the previous review states, regarding an incredibly small apartment, I actually toured one of those apartments when I was checking out some possibilities here. It was absurdly small and I couldn't imagine living in it with someone else. BUT, anyone who would've actually viewed the apartment before renting it (which you should always do anyway), could've avoided all those problems. I highly suggest this place. Great apartments for the price per month, of course the rent will probably be increased given the state of our economy, so get in while the prices are decent. By the way, I am a resident, not an employee posing as one, as some people are skeptical of this.
